Bitty's Beautiful Bloom Not Complete!

We have the Bitty ballerina outfit and I thought it was strange too that it came with the ruffled tights. Not only are the ruffles covered by the bottom of the tutu, they make it harder to put on the tutu.

While I'm on the topic of this outfit, has anyone else had problems with the netting fabric for the tutu getting caught in the back velcro and tearing the tutu part? Because this ballerina outfit is one of my 3 year old DD's favorite, it's been played with a lot, and the tutu skirt in the back is totally destroyed -- literally shredded by the velcro. I think I'm going to get another set of this ballerina outfit to keep as new in the box for future play (or display).
